This policy explains what information Find Health Plans Today (findhealthplanstoday.com, "we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. This website is operated by Polarney Financial Solutions LLC. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency or the Health Insurance Marketplace.
Information you give us
When you request a call or a quote, we collect what you enter in the form, such as your name, phone number, email address, state, and your answers to the questions about the coverage you are looking for and when to call you.
Information recorded with your request
To keep an accurate record of your request and of any permission you give us, we record:
- the exact wording of each consent statement shown to you, and whether you checked it;
- the date and time of your submission, your IP address and your browser's user agent;
- the web address you arrived on, including any advertising or campaign identifiers in it (for example the ad, ad set or campaign that showed you the link);
- if we send you a one-time code to confirm your phone number, whether it was confirmed. That code is for verification only and is not a marketing message.
These records are kept unaltered so we can show what you agreed to and when.
Cookies and advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether our ads lead to requests. These may set cookies and send Meta information such as the pages you visit and the fact that you submitted a request. We also use Google Ads conversion measurement, which may set cookies and tells Google when a request came from one of its ads. We turn off Google's ad personalization for this website, so your visit is not used to build advertising audiences. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request comes from a person and not an automated program. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we use your information
- to contact you about your request, by phone, text message or email, as you asked;
- to have a licensed agent discuss health insurance options with you;
- if you choose to apply, to submit your application to the insurance company you choose;
- to keep records of your request and consent, honor opt-outs, and meet our legal obligations;
- to understand which of our ads are working.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share information with
- Service providers that run this website and our systems for us (website hosting, our database, and our phone and text-message providers), only to provide those services.
- The insurance company you choose, if you decide to apply for a plan.
- Meta and Google, for the advertising measurement described above.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.

This site is operated and marketed by Polarney Financial Solutions LLC. Polarney is not a licensed insurance agency and does not sell insurance — it refers your request to the licensed agency below, who contacts you.
When you submit your information and give consent, you may be contacted by the following licensed insurance company and its authorized agents and representatives:
- Odyssey Insurance Agency LLC — a licensed insurance agency. Its agents call, text, and email you about health insurance plans and offers.

Opting out and Do Not Call
You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time: reply STOP to a text, ask the agent on a call, or contact us below. We keep a record of opt-outs and check our internal do-not-call list and the national Do Not Call Registry as the law requires before contacting you.
How long we keep information
We keep your request and its consent record for as long as needed to respond to you and for as long as the law requires us to be able to show that consent.
